Cancer Council Australia’s “iHeard” website has been created to dispel stories, rumours and fanciful claims about cancer. Users can post a cancer-related question, and experts will review and answer the question, creating a resource of accurate evidence-based answers to cancer questions. This presentation will discuss some of the challenges responding to myths about cancers, and efforts to get quality, reliable health information to people who need it.
